A main element of the Horde ground forces, the tank has been the primary weapon of choice when invading new planets. The design has remain largely unchanged for more than 500 years mainly because of Horde Prime's philosophy of conquering through overwhelming force of numbers. Over the past several years, the Horde has encountered enemies capable of matching the overwhelming numbers with superior technology. Even though the Horde wins the day by numbers, even Horde Prime has his limits on how much of his robot army will be sacrificed in a conquest. To alter the trend, he has charged his scientist corps with building variations on the tank design to meet the demands of the ground commanders.

Those variations include: radar-guided anti-air platforms, standard tanks fitted with anti-air and anti-personnel guns, improved plasma guns with greater damage yield, and an experimental model with no weapons and a reinforced nose to act as a battering ram to smash through fortifications. The results from the introduction of these variations have yet to be assessed, however, Horde scientists are currently at work on radical new designs to be used when the Horde finally turns its attention back to invading Earth with the express purpose of conquering the planet and wiping out the Guardian Force.

Note: I found this design in a She-ra episode. It is way better than the design found in one of the later issues of the Star Comics Masters of the Universe comics.
